I have been experiencing problems with my muscles. Emma made up whole routines especially for me on a one to one basis!! I found Emma absolutely lovely!! She’s a very softly spoken lady during sessions and will explained anything I was confused by. She also explained how to move my body, so I could feel the pose more and get the most out yoga. I totally enjoyed Emma’s sessions and her company, very well recommended!!!

I had never been to a Yoga class before so wasn't sure what to expect and certainly a bit nervous as to whether I would be able to do it all. However, I really enjoyed your class. You made it inclusive to my level and were clear at all times, so I could always hear and also understand. Loved the first and last sections with the breathing and relaxation segments!

I've done Yoga in the gym before and I'm pretty stretchy, but I never felt like I was doing Yoga very well. I really appreciate how Emma really breaks down each movement with information about how to hold each part of your body, whilst also talking about breathing. In fact I especially enjoy the end of the class with the breath work practice, as well as the relaxation - which sends me off into such a peaceful state!!
